1. Platform Nature
Leasedeal is India's leading pre-leased property platform. We provide an online interface where users can:
- Register with personal details (Name, Mobile, Email)
- Post or list pre-leased properties
- View properties listed by others
- View contact details if they have credits
We are not brokers or agents and are not involved in any transactions. All deals are solely between users.
2. User Obligations
- Users must provide accurate and current information.
- Only legally authorized owners or sellers can list properties.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws.
3. No Liability
We are not liable for any transaction, dispute, or legal issue between users. We do not verify property ownership or legal status. All due diligence is the user's responsibility.
4. Plans, Credits & Refund Policy
- Users must purchase a subscription plan to post properties or view contacts.
- Credits are valid as per plan terms.
- Plans cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- We may change plan pricing or structure at any time.
5. GST & Invoicing
- Plan purchases are subject to GST as per Indian law.
- Invoices will be emailed with GSTIN, invoice number, and payment details.
- Users must provide GSTIN at checkout for GST invoice. It cannot be added retroactively.
6. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or misuse of the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, code, and trademarks are property of Leasedeal and may not be copied or reused without consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
